Selling or letting your flat
Send us what you would send any agent: address, size, price, a few photos. A licensed agent turns it into a numbered listing with their name on it.
What happens after you message us
-
You send what you have
WhatsApp, email or the form below. Chinese or English, a voice note or a paragraph. No form to fill.
-
A licensed agent calls you back
Within one working day. They confirm the facts, arrange photos and agree terms with you before anything is published.
-
Your flat gets its RC number
One permanent number. If you cut the price or re-list later, it keeps the same number and history.
-
It goes live under a licence
Every advert carries the agent’s name, EAA licence number and when it was last checked, as the rules require.
Why the number protects you
- Buyers and tenants can quote one number to any agent and mean your flat, not a look-alike.
- A listing cannot be quietly re-posted as “new”. The number and first-listed date stay.
- The last-checked time is public, so an out-of-date price is obvious and gets fixed.
What the listing will show
- Saleable and gross area, layout, floor band and building age
- Your asking price or rent, and price per square foot
- Photos, facilities and a description in English and Chinese
- The responsible agent, their licence and the agency licence
What it will never show
Your name, your phone number and your flat number stay with the agency. Buyers contact the agent, not you.
Tell us about your flat
A licensed agent replies within one working day. Terms are agreed with you directly; nothing is published without your go-ahead.
