Draft, not yet in effect
The agency is still finalising this document. Once published, the approved version replaces the text below here, with its version and effective date.
The listings
Every listing is entered and checked by a licensed agent of ACME Properties Agency and shows an RC number, the agent's licence and when it was last checked. Details can change. Confirm price, area and availability with the agent before you rely on them. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract.
Areas and prices
Areas are saleable area in square feet unless marked gross. Prices are asking prices in Hong Kong dollars. Price per square foot is calculated on saleable area.
Free limits
Without an account you can open 20 flat details and ask for 3 emailed summaries a day. Counters reset at midnight Hong Kong time. Please do not scrape the site or work around the limits.
Summaries
Emailed summaries are written with the help of software from the listing data. They are a starting point for questions, not professional, legal or valuation advice.
Accounts
A client account is for one person. Keep your email inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in with the codes we send. Agent accounts are for the agency's licensed staff only. You can delete a client account at any time; see the privacy notice.
